The Carlsberg brand has received a 'Marketing Oscar' in Poland and is represented in the first Polish edition of the Super-brands Album, which describes success stories of the best brands in the world. The representation distinguishes Carlsberg as one of the 74 strongest brands in the Polish market.
The basis for awarding this title is the assessment of all marketing activities. The jury consisted of experts from business, advertising and mass media.
The Superbrands Organisation was set up in the mid-1990s with a view to promoting the idea of branding. It adopted the principle that the most effective method is to show the success stories of the best brands and to award them statuettes called "Marketing Oscars". This organisation is already present in 36 countries where it successfully publishes albums presenting leading brands in home markets.
